Firefly Mini Tripod kit

The tripod concept works really well. However, the closing mechanism sometimes jams a little and the plastic feels cheap. I would pay a little more and buy a higher quality tripod.

Small and light. I use it with a mule for a nice flood light at my desk. Can also be used with a standard screw attachment.

Genuinely useful bit of kit, lightweight but sturdy.

This tripod is useful in so many situations and will aid you in getting light right where you need it. It's for the most part all plastic but it's good quality and if you had another favorite tripod you could just use the mount that holds the light on this tripod and place it on your favorite tripod.
