Description

Focused Power, Blazing Precision.

Built to cut through the deepest night, the E90 Blaze features the unparalleled Lume1 Buck+FET driver and a precisely crafted high-throw optic. Designed for clean, high-throw beams with minimal spill, it's a searchlight that carries in your hand, a beacon for those who venture beyond the ordinary.

Aluminum aluminum Reflector

The E90 Blaze is available in both TIR version or Aluminum Reflector version to best suit your illumination needs.  They are of different beam profile ,check the beam photos to see the difference.

TIR version can throw further ,however its beam spill has an circle ring ,which is noticeable on the floor within 50 yard, some people might feel it annoying.  Reflector version has less throw than TIR (not too noticeable for eyes though),  the beam spill from reflector version is nice and clean.

FFL909MX Emitter Option

For the E90 Blaze, we are introducing the high power FFL909MX: a new 9090-sized, round-die, high-intensity and high-brightness emitter, for beautiful and crisp searchlight beams.

FFL707RD Emitter Option

For the E90 Blaze, If you are looking for a high-cri throwy emitter with a very nice tint , We the new 7070-sized, round-die high CRI emitter, FFL707RD would be best to suit your needs. We recommend to use 6000mAh high capacity for this version to get max runtime, Coz super high-drain 21700 batteries like BAK or Molicel does not increase too much output on this version.

FFL909A Emitter Option (Massive emitter for wide angle floody beam)

For the E90 Blaze, FFL909A is a 36-die big-size emitter, which is a special option for all-around using. If you are looking for a super power high CRI beast with a wide floodier beam , FFL909A option would be a good choice.
Due to the VF difference with this special emitter,  we set the moon to Step 30th on the floor to balance the VF.  Please do note that if you do a factory reset ,  you should config the moon to Step 30th on the andril UI floor setting .

User Interface: (Anduril V2)

This flashlight uses the open-sourced Anduril user interface. Anduril 2 is an open-sourced software and distributed under the terms of GPLv3. The source can be accessed here

By default, this flashlight begins in Simple UI with 5 brightness levels. Enter the hidden Advanced UI to access additional features and more configuration options.

Charging

E90 Blaze features an intelligent 10W battery charger. For optimal charging, use a USB-C port that can source 5V 3A. Upon the start of charging, the side-switch illuminates red. When charging is complete, the red indicator turns off. A flashing red indicator indicates a charge fault (e.g. battery not inserted).

For battery safety, cells below 3V are pre-charged at 100mA before the full 10W charge starts, transitioning to constant voltage, and ending with trickle-charging. The charger includes a 10-hour safety timer to prevent extended charging.

While not recommended, the flashlight may be used while charging, but if operated at higher power levels than the charging rate, the battery will not be charged.

Operation Notes

  • E90 is a high-performance high-power flashlight and generates a lot of heat. Please understand that this is not a toy and must be handled with safety.
  • The default thermal regulated limit is set at 50C. This can be configured by the user to be higher or lower via the Anduril user interface.
  • To prevent accidental activation of the flashlight, it is recommended to lock-out the flashlight (4 clicks from off to lock or unlock) before storage, or unscrew the body slightly as a mechanical lock-out.
  • E90 has low-voltage protection which cuts off power at 2.8V. It is recommended to begin recharging the cell before this happens to increase battery longevity.
